Level 1 Japanese Reiki is perfect for beginners as well as past students who need a refresher. The course is also great for practitioners from other lineages who want to learn traditional meditation and energy-work — the way it was first practiced by Usui Mikao in the early 1900s.
During the course you’ll spend two relaxing days with like-minded people in Cairns and gain the skills you need to start practicing at home.
