Julie runs several reiki refresher courses each year from her relaxing home studio — Rainforest Reiki in Cairns. These refreshers courses will renew your confidence to meditate and work with Japanese reiki on family and friends (as well as yourself).

- Hand positions for self healing.

- History and the principles of the Usui Ryoho Reiki system.

- Benefits of Reiki and daily applications for personal wellness.
- Explanation and revision of an attunement (and receive 1 during the course.
