Reiki is a powerful tool for healing and transforming the mind and body, but does not take the place of professional medical care. 2. Yoga and Meditation classes
Rainforest Reiki teach meditation and Yin Yoga classes in public and private classes, and on retreat. Yin Yoga is a slow-paced form of yoga, but if you are just beginning a practice we do recommend that you consult with your doctor or qualified healthcare provider before starting a program with us.
Our meditation techniques are conducted in a seated position, either kneeling on a meditation stool or on a chair. Meditation can also be done lying down. If you have physical ailments or mental health concerns, always consult with your doctor or qualified healthcare provider before starting a new practice.
