Level 1 Reiki Course
Begin your reiki journey in Cairns
If you’ve been thinking about learning Reiki, I’d love to welcome you to my next Level 1 Japanese Reiki course in July 2026 here in Cairns.
The class is held in my quiet rainforest studio overlooking the city, a peaceful place where we can step away from the noise of everyday life and spend the day learning together. Throughout the course I introduce the foundations of the traditional Japanese Reiki system, including meditations and simple palm healing practices that you can begin using straight away.
Level 1 Japanese Reiki is suitable for complete beginners, people returning to Reiki after some time away, and practitioners from other Reiki lineages who would like to experience the traditional meditation and energy practices that sit at the heart of the system.
We spend a calm, unhurried Saturday together with a small group of like-minded people (maximum of 4). The atmosphere is quiet but joyful, and by the end of the day you will have both given and received a range of Reiki treatments so you can feel how the practice works for yourself.
