Over the years my Reiki and meditation classes have gradually evolved, and recently I’ve made a few small changes to the way I offer them. These changes are simply about creating a calmer, more sustainable rhythm for teaching while keeping the classes relaxed and enjoyable for everyone who attends.
One change is that I will no longer be offering classes, treatments or retreats on Sundays. Weekends are still very much part of my teaching schedule, but keeping Sundays free allows a little more space for rest and personal practice.
I’ve also simplified the structure of my Reiki 1 Shoden course. It is now offered as a single-day class, which many students find much easier to fit into their schedule while still allowing plenty of time to learn the foundations of Reiki and enjoy a full day of practice together.

Some of you will remember the raw vegan cooking demonstrations that were occasionally part of my retreats and events. While they were always enjoyable, they are also quite labour-intensive to prepare, so I’ve decided to step away from offering those sessions and keep my focus on meditation and Reiki teaching.
Finally, all of my classes are now intentionally kept small, with a maximum of four participants per session. This creates a quieter learning environment and allows more time for individual guidance, questions, and hands-on practice.
These changes feel like a natural next step for me, and I’m looking forward to continuing to share Reiki and meditation in this simple and personal way.
